Spacious & Beautiful Home.Extremely Clean. Pond!

This spacious beauty is being restored to its original Midcentury Modern glory!The main levels of the home are completely renovated with exception of new flooring in the bedrooms and are as pictured.The well appointed kitchen has all typical appliances. This elegant home provides privacy & seclusion but is minutes from town. There is a large pond behind the home. This home is for Airbnb guests only and is not one that is lived in like most Airbnb listings in Tuscaloosa. No clutter and spotless!

Gorgeous home in a quaint neighborhood that's just minutes from Hoover and downtown Birmingham! Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room! Fenced backyard & walking trail behind the home that’s great for peaceful walks. Pet friendly and lots of room for everyone! $200 charge for a pet. Please be sure to state that you have a pet when booking. 15 people is the max allowed in the home without prior approval. Parking is not allowed in the grass or in front of neighbors’ homes.
