Beautiful 6 bedroom barn conversion surrounded by fields and woods with garden, patio and glorious rural views and self-contained room and en suite above the garage. The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

The Bunker (Holmfirth’s hidden gem) with parking!

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

A spacious, detached and self-contained one bedroom flat - access via steps with handrail. It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.
