Masthope Mountain Community, is a beautiful community and our home is ready to welcome you no matter what the season. By winter you can ski, snowboard and snow tube, or just cozy up to the gas fireplace and stay warm. By summer you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings on the porch, WALK down to the lake for a swim, enjoy one of the two community’s pools or just relax at the Tiki Bar. Welcome to Camp S’mores- this revitalized luxury A-frame has all the modern amenities you need for your Finger Lakes adventure. We just brought new life into this house from top to bottom. The home features three bedrooms and a Murphy bed in the game room on the lower level. EV charger. It wouldn't be camp without a pool so our home has a large HEATED in-ground pool is open May 15th - Oct 1st. The house is located outside of town on 2+ private acres. I love my property for the year-round views! In yard access to river which is directly across from Hiawatha Island, a natural preserve owned by Waterman conservation. Island is open to the public for birdwatching (Bald Eagels) and hikers. I have kayaks and canoes you might want to use while here. River is active with fisherpersons!
