Three hospitals are within a 10 min drive. Close to BU. A variety of restaurants, bars, shops, antiques in the area.

The Art House is set in a Sculpture Park developed by the artists Tom and Carol Holmes.The Parks 38 acres of rolling hills, grass land with valley views are bordered by two streams and woodlands.The views are magnificent.The house is set on the second tier of three rolling hills.Tom creates magical and life changing experiences in the landscape; at EBC Bird Sanctuary Sculpture Park. The Art House offers exceptional privacy, incredible quiet and extensive wildlife. A pristine experience awaits.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Located between Ithaca, Binghamton and Cortland great for college visits, tours of wine/breweries and skiing. The house is set up for sound, enjoy tunes on the deck, back porch and inside. It's clean, comfortable and close to so many things! Kid/dog friendly too. (NO cats) Walk to restaurants, ice cream, grocery, liquor store, playgrounds, BC fairground and village amenities. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

Tucked in the hills of McDonough, Foxy Trails is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The country ambiance is perfect for those who just want to relax and unwind from their busy lives. There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
