Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. Welcome to the Beech House! The space is ideal for either solo travelers or couples, with the historic Michigan State Capitol building being visible from the front yard. The house is located close to the River Trail, which is perfect for going for a run, walking to REO Town or the downtown area, or just experiencing the quaint elements of the Grand River.
