Always a favorite with those wanting to "get away from society" and work remote, it is quickly becoming popular with Hunters, Fishermen, and all outdoor enthusiasts. The cottage itself is a two bedroom, two bath retreat that is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of the modern life. Despite its remote location your within 30 min to restaurants and grocery stores.

The Parker House

The Parker House is a little cottage, wonderfully situated near water and LBL in Dover, TN. A spacious home boasting a large yard with a covered carport and additional parking for vehicles and boats. This home sleeps 6 comfortably (more with a pullout mattress and couch recliners), 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom. Our centralized location has beautiful views, easy access to restaurants, recreation, and scenic drives. Approx. 5 mins to (4) boat docks, 45 mins to Clarksville, TN & 2 hrs to Nashville, TN.
