Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

La Rosa di Venezia - the best place to live Venice

Luxury apartment in the very heart of Venice, 200 meters from St Mark's Square. It's my and my wife's second home that we're renting out when not being able to use it ourselves. Precious furniture with antiques and original works of art - treating everything with care is mandatory. You'll never forget the canal view from our balcony, which represents Venice at its best. The apartment is full of light and sun (which is rare in a medieval city). Marble bathroom, elevator, fully equipped kitchen.

Very large apartament luxuriously furnished in Campo S. Stefano. Close to the Accademia Galleries and minutes to San Marco Sq. Fantastic view of Campo S. Stefano, and opposite side of the seventeenth century faqade of Palazzo Pisani, now home of the music conservatory. One double room and one single room. The sitting room convertible in a second amazing double room. Possibility to reach the house by taxi from Venice airport or railway station via the Canal Grande arriving tiny channel.

An entire apartment of 120mq² with a Venetian style decor and an amazing canal view from all the rooms in the apartment. Situated on the 2nd floor, the apartment has 2 large bedrooms each of them with a private bathroom and shower. It has a spacious living area with a beautiful view of a venetian canal where gondolas pass all day and a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.
