We also have 3 motocross tracks on the property W/bike rentals Located between SA and Seguin, the Evergreen Compound is close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors. Close to major attractions, great food and shopping also, SA riverwalk, SeaWorld, Six flags, Gruene, New Braunfels, tubing the river all with in 30min.

If you prefer to stay home and relax, we have a large covered back patio, a ceiling fan to cool off. Enjoy grilling on our large BBQ pit while you sip on a cold refreshing beverage. We have plenty of sitting on our comfy patio set where you can enjoy a nice outdoor meal in our fully fenced back yard. Play corn hole, Jenga or yard pong!
