We are just above the tube chute with 400 ft of Comal River frontage. This 1 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 adults & 2 children. We are next door to Texas Tubes and across the street from Landa River Trips. Rent tubes from either outfitter & just jump in the river. Their shuttles bring you back to the condos. After a day of flotation fun you can grill riverside and enjoy a quiet evening in the hot tub. Walking distance to the downtown square and Wurstfest. We are in the middle of everything

Welcome Home! Nestled in the corner of a quiet end-unit community. Cheaper than a hotel. Brand new everything to feel like home! 2 Memory foam beds, 1 King and 1 Queen. The sofa has memory foam Simmons queen mattress, and Comfy mypillows. 1 Full bathroom and 1 half bath with a full kitchen, washer, and dryer, fast High-Speed WiFI. Accommodate 6-8. Close to shopping areas, Medical Center, Seaworld, Fiesta, Six Flags, downtown(Riverwalk), and Lackland Airforce Base. Great for military graduations!

Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in town.

This condo is about 50 yards from the beautiful year round 72 degree Comal River and about three blocks from central New Braunfels. The place is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Always free off street parking (two vehicle maximum) and limited covered parking on first come first serve basis. Nice elevator a few steps away. There will be an additional $40 per animal (total) Pet Fee that you will be charged after booking. No extra guests or visitors unless approved by owner.
