Our Cottage is secluded in the country near a river, with no other houses nearby, just Wildlife and peace and quiet. A Front porch for relaxing and a newer deck on the back for cooking out or watching the wildlife. The inside has just been completely updated, with a few original antique touches. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a half bath, downstairs a master bedroom with bathroom, open concept living room kitchen area. And Main level laundry area. Ready for a long vacation or a quick getaway.

2200 sq. ft. lower level, walk out to the WI River! Licensed Tourist Short-term Rental with Portage County. Just 5 min. from Stevens Point. Enjoy the patio, walks, or kayak to explore the river! You'll see nature's beauty with occasional deer, geese, swans or bald eagles. Sunrises & sunsets are the best! We live on the main level and will welcome our guests (when we are here). We are also available to help with any incidentals during your stay if asked. You'll love it as much as we do!

Whistling Pines

Get away from it all and relax with family or friends at Whistling Pines retreat. Watch wildlife from the window, take a walk through the woods, or watch a movie in the spacious family room. Stevens Point and Wausau are close by which offer shopping, dining, and so much more. Beautiful Granite Peak Ski Resort is located in Wausau. Bring your boat to Lake Dubay for a great day at the lake (rentals available onsite). Famous Plover River and Tomorrow River offer exceptional trout fishing nearby.

Nature & Outdoor Lovers Cozy River Retreat

Plover River Pines is our beautiful cabin perfect for guests that want to relax on a peaceful river. Located centrally within 20 miles of 5 towns so you will experience both tranquility and convenience. Kayak, fish, bike, or walk right from the property or hit the nearby ATV/UTV trails. Unwind by the firepit, play bag toss or classic Pac-Man, listen to records, read or stream Netflix by the fireplace. With plenty to do inside and out, it’s a relaxing escape for adventure and downtime alike.

Secluded apartment at Summerwynd farmette

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Close to Q&Z Expo and Pike Lake Wedding Barn

Bliss on the Lake

This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.

Cozy up in this private, one-bedroom, centrally located, upper apartment. (Must walk up a handful of outdoor stairs) Unique, peaceful, and affordable - Daniel’s Place is 3 blocks from the Riverlife walking path, leading directly to downtown, and 3 miles away from Granite Peak Ski Resort. Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂

Spruce Haven

Enjoy your vacation in this lovely, open concept cabin tucked away in the northwoods! There is a half mile lane winding through the woods that leads to it. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests in its two bedrooms, and full size mattress in the cozy, low-ceiling loft. This cabin is surrounded by a large yard, with a gazebo and firepit. The gazebo has a grill, with a table and 6 chairs. If you love the quiet woods setting, this will definitely be a favorite!
