Die klimatisierten Zimmer der Ferienwohnung verteilen sich auf 65 m2. Alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und die dazugehörige Terrasse erreicht man über das Wohn-/Esszimmer. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Kaminofen und TV freut man sich auf eine entspannte Zeit nach Strand- oder Wandertagen. Vom Wohn-/Esszimmer erreicht man die möblierte Terrasse mit Meerblick und Platz für 4 Personen zum Seele baumeln lassen. Die moderne Einbauküche ist gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank/Tiefkühler, Geschirrspüler, Nespressokaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche liegt direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (die zum Doppelbett 160 cm zusammengestellt werden können) und TV. Vom zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 cm Liegefläche) und TV geht ein zusätzliches en-suite Bad mit Dusche ab. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner für die Feriengäste zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich zu dieser Wohnung gibt es in der Casa Bellavista auch eine obere Ferienwohnung, die in einem separaten Airbnb Inserat angeboten und buchbar ist. Gerne können auch beide Ferienwohnungen zusammen gebucht werden, so dass dann die gesamte Casa Bellavista gebucht werden kann. Wichtig: Auf den Balearen gibt es eine Touristensteuer (Ecotasa), die von jedem Gast ab 16 Jahren bezahlt werden muss. Ab der 9. Nacht reduziert sich dieser Betrag während der Hochsaison um die Hälfte. Die Zahlung dieser Kosten ist obligatorisch und ist nicht im Mietpreis der Ferienwohnung enthalten, sondern direkt an die Eigentümer zu zahlen. Hauptsaison (vom 1. Mai bis 31. Oktober): 2 Euro pro Person und Tag Nebensaison (1. November bis 30. April): 0,50 Euro pro Person und Tag Jeweils zzgl. 10% MwSt. (IVA). Wie vom Gesetz vorgeschrieben, benötigen wir von jedem Gast, der älter als 16 Jahre ist, die persönlichen Daten wie Namen und Ausweisnummern, z.B. per Kopie von Ausweis bzw. Reisepass. Ihr dürft in einem 12m x 4m Luxus-Infinity-Pool mit spektakulärem Meerblick baden und auf der großen Seaview-Gartenterrasse chillen - freut Euch drauf!

Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.
