Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Convenient to explore so many places. Falls Park only 4 miles away and Ashville, NC is about an hour away. Gorgeous mountains so close (Paris mountian 20 min, Table Rock 30 min.) Large, well stocked kitchen. All the amenities you want nearby w/stores, restaraunts, hiking, bicycling, rafting, kayaking, boating, etc. Relax on this 1/3 acre with in ground pool, gas grille, privacy fence in back and beautifully updated home. 3 car parking TV in living room uses firestick.
