This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Less than a mile to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this cottage is perfect for jaunts to downtown Greenville, Furman University, Paris Mountain, Travelers Rest and Unity Park! Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Teeny House (monthly discounts)

Designed for the solo traveler (no more than one person allowed), this micro space is an 8'x12' free standing teeny house with just enough room for a twin bed and a bathroom with a 36" square shower, a sink and toilet. In the hospitality world, this is called a “layover”— a comfortable, one person spot to rest your head and a clean, hot shower. Located between 2 other Airbnbs on the same property, so you will likely see other guests coming and going, but the space is completely private.

The Tiniest Adventure is a 250 sq. ft. handcrafted authentic tiny house nestled amongst the trees. It will steal your heart with its modern farm house charm. The house is just 10 minutes from Travelers Rest and 10-15 minutes from downtown Greenville! If you enjoy long walks or bike rides, the paved Swamp Rabbit Trail is within 1 mile of the tiny house. Welcome to my Cozy studio with a New King bed and a 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.
