The Patriot - Downtown Bentonville

Stay in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom, one-bath 700 sq. foot furnished guest house called The Patriot on D in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You will be just minutes on foot (shorter on bicycle) to the Downtown Square, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Home Office, bike trails, and local breweries and restaurants. The home is dog friendly but no accessible fenced yard. However, there is ample space for walking your pup around. Please ask about our veteran/first responder rates.

Perfect for business travelers, bikers, and people wanting to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Great location for Crystal Bridges, and right across the street from 8th St market & the Momentary. Short walking distance to Walmart HQ. My place is close to nightlife, Downtown Bentonville, & family activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, & outdoors space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The culinary experience downtown is amazing

Amazing location right near Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and just minutes away from Bentonville square! The home is cheerful and comfortable, perfect for families and cyclists. We are on a peaceful, friendly street with tons of parking, and easy access to bike trails, all of the museums, restaurants and bars downtown. The house is modern and open. We have wifi, a/c, smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is totally stocked with anything you may need for dining in. Safe and secure bike storage!

Comfortable furnishings with an eclectic touch. Bright, updated, and well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are amazingly quiet and the beds cozy. TV in each bedroom and living area. We have an extensive mid-century collection of original furniture, lighting, and art which changes periodically due to the whims of the owners! We have a record and CD collection of music from the '60's to the '90's. • BBQ on deck with dining table under a grape vine arbor. • Bike stand, tools, and pump available.
