Approx. .50 from the Dogwood Golf Course, exercise facility, 400 yds. to Back 40 Trails, 15 min. to Bentonville (shops, restaurants) , Crystal Bridges and Pinnacle hills. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. Drink your morning coffee in one of the 3 sitting areas or on the deck outside (you may see deer feeding in the forest below).
