Mary Ann’s Place filled with casual country charm.

Nestled on over six well maintained acres this house is the perfect private location that is also very convenient to all local attractions such as the Biltmore House, Arboretum, Sierra Nevada Brewery and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house features four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, wifi, washer and dryer and a private well with excellent water filtration system. There are three ponds and a creek on the property which entice local wild life. Deer, foxes & bear do visit.

Private 3/2 with plenty of parking, fast wifi. Your home base for all of your Asheville Adventures. In Bent Creek neighborhood with tons of trail access for hiking and biking.
