There are 44 lakes and streams for fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming in the area. Adventure awaits you on local bicycle and hiking trails; There are an array of golf courses. In addition there are 181 snow mobile trails and historic sites such as Johnson Hall, Adirondack Animal Land, as well as local farmers markets and agritourism venue.

Enjoy a peaceful stay beneath the pines in our cozy family friendly A-Frame. Thoughtfully curated to feel like stepping back into a quintessential Adirondack cabin, we have all your essentials covered! We are located ten minutes from the town of Speculator with access to hiking trails, lakes, beaches, snow skiing, restaurants, shopping, snow mobile trails, fishing, hunting, and so much more. We hope you’ll fall in love with the restful woods and leave rejuvenated and glad for new memories made!

Lakefront Cabin in the Adirondacks

Lakefront cabin on beautiful Lake Algonquin in Wells, NY. The cabin has 2 bedroom, one bathroom, and has been recently renovated. Bedroom 1 consists of 1 full size bed, and bedroom 2 consists of 2 twin beds. As a bonus, there is a bunkhouse that contains 2 twin bunks. The property sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a fire pit, with wood included for enjoying those nights sitting by the fire or making smores. Come watch the bald eagles. No pets or smoking allowed. Owners residence is on property.

There are many hiking trails with this house being located ON the Northville-Lake Placid trail. Leaf peeping in the fall is a must. Skiing, ice-skating and tubbing are favorite winter activities with places like Gore, Oak and Lapland resorts. The village of Northville has many locally owned restaurants and shops just a short drive away.

Cabin is located near many fishing and hiking spots, lots of state land for hunting in the fall and snowmobiling in the area! Is also a 5 min drive to Lapland cross county ski resort
