The house sits right at the mouth of Spanish Fork canyon, right off HWY 6. Diamond Fork hotpots are about 25 min away. Sundance Ski Resort is only 20 min away and only another 20 to Park City!

This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.

You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

This spacious Boujee Basement is perfect for the whole family with a private entrance, full kitchen and big screen TV. Fifteen minutes from the Provo Airport and a five-minute drive from the freeway, our place is near Sundance, Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah Valley University (UVU), Hobble Creek Canyon & golf course, and Bartholomew Park. Free WiFi, full kitchen, full bath, coffee/tea bar, washer/dryer, TV and air conditioning. Self check in to basement entrance with Smart Lock.

I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed.
