Old Rustic Country Store

This space housed Bob & Betty’s Grocery store starting in 1974, and for 48 years, the store was selling bologna sandwiches and cold pops. Now remodeled into a residential stay, the moment you drive up to the property you will reminisce on the old signs, memorabilia, and pictures covering the walls inside and out. Nestled between two mountains, near Bad Branch Falls, Kingdom Come State Park, and plenty of mountain views!

Nestled in the heart of Lynch, KY, surrounded by comforting mountains, sets the Mountain Escape Cottage. Less than 1 mile from Portal 31, you can dive deep into the rich history of this tiny coal town. Within minutes you can drive to ATV parks, the highest point in KY, and many other mountainous adventures. Grab some coffee at the old cafe turned coffee shop, and visit the KY Coal Museum just 5 minutes away in Benham, KY. You and your family will leave here with beautiful mountain memories!

Hibernation Station (trailer parking available)

This property is located near the entrance of Kingdom Come Start Park and right beside Stepp Fitness gym. It is also near local golf courses, Little Shepherd Trail, and the towns of Benham and Lynch. The Black Mountain ATV Park is only 15 miles away. The property has a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. The master has an onsuite. It offers a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and 2 water heaters to ensure hot showers.

Peaceful getaway offers relaxation & adventure in the KY mountains. Short drive to VA & TN. Large home has 4 bedrooms - 2 w/ private bath & 2 that share a double-vanity bath. Open living/dining area and kitchen. Nearby is a 7-hole golf course and swimming pool (available Memorial Day - Labor Day), hiking, and tourist attractions such as Portal 31 and the KY Coalmine Museum, as well as Kingdom Come State Park. Plenty of parking; can accommodate trailers & RVs. RV park is a 45-minute drive.

Welcome to Dan’s Den, a spacious two bedroom home in the heart of the Appalachian mountains. Centrally located in Cumberland, the black bear capital of Kentucky. You’ll find many of the luxuries of a fine home here, but in a smaller home more suitable for a solo traveler, a couple, or small family. Enjoy two large living rooms, one of which is the newly added “log room”, cozied up in front of the gas fireplace for games, movies, or just to relax with a good book and a hot cup of coffee.

Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, this 12x24 riverside tiny home sits on the Greenbelt walking and biking trail in Big Stone Gap. Guests park in a public gravel lot, walk across a footbridge and up a gravel path to reach the home. Enjoy a private deck, Blackstone grill, fire pits, picnic area, queen bed, futon, full bath, Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, and coffee maker. Walk to restaurants and the Trail of the Lonesome Pine Outdoor Drama. Great for biking, fishing, hiking, and relaxing outdoors.

Located less than 5 miles to Spearhead Trail's Stone Mountain trailhead and only 30 minutes to Mountain View Trail. Two couples fit nicely in the 1st level 2 bedrooms for a quaint getaway.

There is a huge upstairs with a full sized bed and a sitting area. Downstairs is open concept with everything you need in one space including a queen sized bed. Outside is a charcoal grill as well as a fire pit.
