Floors steam cleaned, tiled throughout, anything you might touch is sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for just about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.
