Welcome to Pensacola!! It's ideally located for easy access to all areas of Pensacola. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Your guest suite has it's own entrance independent from the main house. Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime. A brand new Helix mattress for your comfort. Fully equipped with everything a guest may need and furnished with all the amenities necessary to guarantee your stay is as cozy as possible. Remodeled Midcentury Home

This midcentury home has been completely remodeled. This home offers two bedrooms with queen size beds. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. The hall bathroom is a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. The kitchen is a large open space with all the basic cooking needs. There is also a private office space off of the living room. This home is located 7 miles to downtown, 10 miles to NAS, 13 miles to Johnsons Beach, 15 miles to Pensacola Beach.

Kayak around the island, enjoying the turtles & birdwatching, or boat or drive to downtown Milton to dock and dine at Blackwater Bistro or Boomerang Pizza. There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
