Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat

The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

Pensacola Beach, Florida 1BR Amazing View

The one-bedroom condo is located on Pensacola Beach in Tristan Towers. (The second bedroom is not accessible due to storage use.) Has an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay (wrap-around balcony). Located on the bay side, a short walk across the street allows easy access to white sand beaches and Gulf waters. The property has tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a pier. Shops, restaurants, and activities are nearby. Free trolley service runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Attached to the brick house, & totally private with a privacy fence, hear the rain drops on the tin roof. Queen memory foam bed, 70" Samsung TV w/Roku, thermal blinds. Must be willing to stay regardless of rain drops on the tin roof, or lightning and torrential rain on a tin roof in a room of glass. Enjoy!

Remodeled Midcentury Home

This midcentury home has been completely remodeled. This home offers two bedrooms with queen size beds. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. The hall bathroom is a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. The kitchen is a large open space with all the basic cooking needs. There is also a private office space off of the living room. This home is located 7 miles to downtown, 10 miles to NAS, 13 miles to Johnsons Beach, 15 miles to Pensacola Beach.

Edna’s Barn

Experience country charm in addition to convenient location- just 1.1 mile off interstate 10! Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
