Escape to our cozy 1-bed, 1-bath seaside condo for ultimate relaxation. Unwind on the front porch or walk to the beach just moments away. Nestled in a peaceful coastal area, discover nearby restaurants within a 10-min walk. Short term or long term stays (ask for SNOWBIRD deals). NO Pets are allowed. Check local swim advisories. Use Shower to wash off after beach use. Community shower is located on the pillar attached to the stilt home on the right if you’re looking towards the beach.

Indian Shores Gulf Front Rental

Beautiful 2 bed 1 bath luxury condo on the Gulf of Mexico. We are steps from the beach. Unit has partial water view. Beautiful state of the art kitchen and luxurious furnishings. Everything you need for your perfect vacation. Totally non-smoking unit. Come and stay with us. This is a second floor walk up condo. There are 27 steps. May not be suitable for the elderly or small children. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am Our maximum occupancy is 4 people including children.

UPDATE: This condo community was NOT affected by the hurricane. I am very fortunate. There was NO flooding or wind damage. Kick back and relax at this roomy 1 bed, 1 bath boho beach condo. This community offers a heated pool, bbq grills and reserved, onsite laundry and parking. Stroll down the sidewalk (half mile to beach) and take in the fresh, gulf breezes as you enjoy Indian Rocks Beach. Beautiful sunsets, amazing food and a calm, relaxing beach community awaits you!

Modern and very cozy one-bedroom condo, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Convenient big kitchen space and bathroom. King bed in master. Sleeping sofa in the living room. All appliances, kitchen pots, and all you need to make yourself home. TV in the living room and Master. Full cable. Fast WiFi. Roku. Beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler. 10 min from Clearwater Beach. 20 min from the airport. I put a lot of <3 INTO! You will feel at home in my place!:)

"Jewel at the shore"feels like you are in a snug resting place, your own nest, very homey with a breath taking Gulf view from the balcony. The gulf is right outside your door along with a year round heated pool, great on cool winter days. The unit is stocked with things you’ll need; linens, towels, shampoo et., necessities for the beach, including some beach games. Also some games for kids to play inside the condo. Also great place for couples.

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated community with a nice size heated pool and community gym. Parking space is not assigned and it’s free of charge. Location is central with short distance to nearby beaches, attractions and other nearby towns. Unit is approximately 500 square feet with a living room-kitchen open concept and One bedroom - bathroom open concept. Great access from Tampa Airport 20 minutes and 1.5/hours drive from Orlando airport
