This two bedroom, two bath duplex is located in the heart of Greenville. Close to downtown and the Fred Meijer trail. Lakefront Cottage w/Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with backyard bunkhouse. It comes with a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through late October (weather permitting). The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

Tree Vistas Treehouse in Ionia Michigan

Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Cozy Lake Cottage: Chefs Kitchen, Deck & Hot Tub

Located on serene Big Pine Island, our charming cottage is a peaceful lakeside haven, featuring two inviting queen bedrooms—one with a private ensuite and deck access for breathtaking lake views. Step outside to enjoy our lake views, and BBQ, ideal for both entertaining and relaxing evenings. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals, making your stay comfortable and convenient. This idyllic retreat is designed with beauty and relaxation in mind.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

Newly renovated farmhouse surrounded by peaceful fields and grazing cows, yet only 30 minutes from Grand Rapids. Enjoy sunset views, cozy touches, and easy access to Rockford, Lowell, Belding, and Greenville. Perfect for a relaxing getaway that blends country quiet with city convenience. Spacious layout featuring one bedroom with a California king bed and a full bathroom on the main floor, equipped with accessibility features including a grab bar by the toilet and in the shower.

Deer Shores Cottage on Big Pine Island Lake, 7 BR

This beautiful house sits at the edge of Big Pine Island lake, a premiere 223 acre all-sport lake that is a short drive northeast of Grand Rapids. The huge kitchen and open floor plan flows onto a large south-facing deck overlooking the lake. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds. This 2500 square foot space is perfect for family reunions, destination get-aways, and retreats.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Cozy winter Retreat

This beautiful home on Big Pine Island Lake is the perfect winter getaway. We are a seven-minute drive from Canonsburg ski resort. Also, bring your ice skates if the ice is thick enough and enjoy skating around the lake. Grattan Raceway is one mile away. At the end of the day, enjoy the hot tub and a fire on the deck. Only 10 minutes from Rockford, and 30 miles from Downtown Grand Rapids. (Please note this house is not handicap accessible.)

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
