Magnifica casa adosada ubicada en El Paraíso. A tan solo 5/10 minutos caminando de la playa, supermercados y restaurantes. Una ubicación inmejorable para disfrutar de unas vacaciones debido a su tranquilad. La vivienda dispone de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, y un Jardin privado. A parte el salón tiene un sofá extensible, donde podrá dormir una quinta persona. La urbanización tiene piscina, y al lado del complejo hay parking para los coches necesarios Ubicado a 7 minutos en coche de Puerto Banus.

Brand NEW house "The White Dream" in P.Banus/Marbs

This house is perfect for any traveler looking for tranquility, lots of green nature and at the same time proximity to Puerto Banus, Puente Romano and Marbella. The house opens its doors in September 2023 after a major reform from which a very elegant, spacious and comfortable design house emerged. The views on both sides are incredible: the Aloha Golf Club to the West and the Range Golf Academy to the East, with the suggestive Mount La Concha in the background. Everything you need is provided!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Duplex new build house built in 2022 and stunningly furnished to create a beachy relaxing environment. The house has 3 main double bedrooms upstairs and a 4th room downstairs that can host 2 more people, it also has a bathroom. Downstairs is a beautiful light and airy living space with a stunning outdoor space that can be used as an indoor or outdoor chill out and dining space which can be completely opened up or closed off with glass windows.

The house has 3 levels with 4 bedrooms (with their own air conditioning), 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, large bright living room with spectacular sea views, an open kitchen that is fully equipped and looks up to the impressive Sierra Bermeja, a private swimming pool of 7.5 meters long, various (roof) terraces, parking within the site and of course wifi. The house faces South and offers a lot of privacy.

Lovely House near the Beach

Charming House in Bel Air Estepona. Walking distance to the beach and 5min from puerto Banus, 4 min to San Pedro, 10 min to Estepona and Marbella. 2 en Suite Bedrooms with each his Bathroom. Charming Garden to Relax in the Jacuzzi. Very nice community garden with 2 secured Pools. Fully equiped: Washmachine, Dryer, Dishwasher, 2 Smart TV's, Sonos Sound System, Wifi etc.... 4 Golf courses in less than 5 min driving. (Atalaya Golf, El Paraiso, Los Flamingos, Guadalmina)

Casa Citerea takes its name from the Ionian island consecrated to Aphrodite, goddess of love. The space, private and of exclusive use, not shared, has been conceived and prepared so that its guests can move away from the mundane noise and to meet the carnal pleasures. On top of a small hill, next to the reserve of the Sierra de las Nieves, the complex has a private apartment, terrace and pool.
