This private guest house is nestled in a grove of old oak trees, sitting above our detached garage. We renovated top to bottom and relax in our large outdoor space. This quiet guest home can accommodate up to 6 people. The best part? We are 5 minutes from Downtown FtW and centrally located in Tarrant County. 20 minutes to get anywhere, including DFW airport, AT&T stadium and TX Rangers

Beautiful guest house near DFW/ATT

It's very hard to find this huge and private space. The suite is over 850sft. More than half acre backyard, basketball court, bbq. Gym on the first floor. This suite is fully furnished with a comfortable kingbed (newly added soft mattress topper). Livingroom has table and chairs, microwave and instant pot for tea or coffee. And a large full size refrigerator downstairs. Private full bathroom inside of the suite! You will enjoy this one of the kind privacy stay! Thank you for your business!

This beautiful home is family friendly and definitely perfect for hot Texas weather! The backyard has a cool swimming pool with a back netted patio. The large fenced yard is perfect for your pets. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. There is plenty of seating for large groups too. House even has a double car garage. Check out my reviews at my other places as this is brand new! Many restaurants, retail stores and a mall nearby. (However no parties and no large gatherings allowed)

Studio apartment above the garage is centrally located to just about anything you want to do in DFW...and if you're not driving, there is plenty of Uber in the area! You are 10 miles away from the DFW Airport, Cowboys Stadium, Texas Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags, Stockyards, Downtown Ft. Worth, Botanical Gardens, Billy Bob's, Hurricane Harbour water park & museums! North East Mall is just 5 mins away. TRE train station is 5 mins away. Jumping on TRE is convenient and fun way to explore DFW!

Tiny House, Something Different!

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
