Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

This mountain cottage is conveniently located 2.5 miles from downtown Asheville and 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway offering guests the best of both worlds...a retreat in the heart of the mountains yet convenient to all that Asheville has to offer. This well loved and maintained cottage is beautifully furnished and offers two bedrooms with queen sized beds; two full bathrooms; twin sized pull out sofa; and an open living dining area with a wood stove; central heat and AC and ceiling fans.

It is the perfect starting point to a downtown Asheville excursion, just 15 minutes away, and to an endless array of outdoor activities in the Blue Ridge Mountains. 3 miles away is the charming town of Weaverville with its quaint atmosphere, artisan shops and distinctive restaurants. Charming cabin with amazing mountain views. House was built in 2021 and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a beautifully handcrafted king size sleigh bed. Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches, coffee included. Living room has a brand new pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets

Newly renovated bathroom! Located just one mile north of downtown Asheville. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Steps away from an urban Greenway for dog walking and bike riding. The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.

Private, quiet, modern bungalow. Newly updated with designer finishes in North Asheville. Can accommodate 1 additional guests if needed on couch. Private entrance and parking. Located between UNCA and Merrimon Ave. Bike or Uber to downtown. Walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We CANNOT accept ANY type of ANIMALS due to family member having MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION. This is a “NONSMOKING” resident. NO smoking, vaping, drugs or incense burning.
