Large Edwardian house, Seaford near Eastbourne

This is a large comfortable family house with plenty of room for everyone. The main lounge comfortably seats 12 people, with a second lounge to relax in which also has a children's bookcase. There is an impressive dining room which seats 12 with the table extension), opening onto a patio and grass garden. Next to the dining room is a well equipped kitchen with Rangemaster cooker, granite work surfaces and island. All bedrooms are doubles, one with sofabed, and a cot. A sofabed is in the lounge.

When you arrive at the Silver-room via your own private entrance into the quirky colourful courtyard that oozes with character,you know it’s the start of your holiday . It lights up so on a summer night you can enjoy a with a glass of wine and have your breakfast in the sun in the morning. You enter through French doors into your gorgeous Silver Room of reflections and understated sumptuous elegance . It’s contemporary but cosy and just everything is there inside to make your stay special.

Beach bliss is yours, a minute from Camber Sands , near Medievel Rye. Our eco friendly house has a shingle and black clapboard finish, Hamptons style. It has an open plan living & kitchen area, with two fridge freezers, two ovens & a 'Nikola Tesla' hob. The landscaped garden is fully equipped for showering, outdoor cooking & dining. All 5 bedrooms (1 in the garden) are en suite. Parking is for 5 cars & the garden has electrical outlets for the electric George Forman Outdoor Grill.

A light, warm, and modern space for a gathering. Wonderful outdoor living. Beautiful gardens in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the High Weald . Lovely walks from the door and on Ashdown Forest. Tunbridge Wells and Glyndebourne nearby, 1 hour to London by train, station 1 mile away. Gym, 100MBps Wi-Fi, work space, outdoor living, very private, valley view to Harrisons Rocks.
