This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Place is good for couples,families (with kids)solo and groups.Apartment has 2 bedrooms, livingroom,kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and huge private terrace with roof 25 m2 plus more shared 60 m2 terrace without roof.There is also shared(with 2 more apartments) swimming pool, sundeck, outside shower and one fireplace by the pool and another fireplace With table and chairs.Apartment inside is brand new.It's just a minute away from the beach and has amazing view at sea and surrounding islands

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

In our Pansion we got appartman for 4(max.5)person, with 2 double rooms,2 bathrooms,kitchen with everything, and living room(TV),corridor,small terace outside with set for sitting.Big parking is free,Wi Fi is free.Also we got for COMMON USE: swimmingpool, a green beach, playground for children,badminton, table tennis, basketball, space for grill,loungers. In Rupa we got shops,oil station,caffe bar.

Nice apartment in a quite and small place with a stunning sea view. You can use a barbecue and a summer house which is near the barbecue and where you can eat.
