You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Free parking in the old town for all our guests.

Studio apartman Otto nalazi se u samom centru Punta udaljen samo 800 m od plaže. Ovaj klimatizirani apartman sadrži sve potrebno za obiteljski ili romantičan izlet. Od dodatnih sadržaja u ovom apartmanu možete pronaći klima uređaj,WiFi, SAT TV, zajednički roštilj i parkirno mjesto u dvorištu. Kućni ljubimci nisu dopušteni.
