THE Little Red River Place 🎣

The Little Red River Place is a beautiful cabin on a sprawling wooded lot on the bank of the Little Red River. We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! The cabin is very private, but near a variety of activities including hiking, biking, antiquing, water sports, and local restaurants. Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

Rivertown Cottage: Walk to Aquatic Center & River

RIVERTOWN COTTAGE is very conveniently located right in the middle of Batesville, Arkansas. WALK to Batesville’s Community & Aquatic Center or Riverside Park using the trail system adjacent to the home. White River Health hospital is just across the street should you need that convenience for work or visiting. Within a 1-1.5 mile radius of the home you can visit everything Batesville has to offer- shopping, eateries, movie theater, library, Lyon College & historic downtown. Parking for 5.

The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit. This quaint, cozy, country cottage is only minutes east of Batesville., AR. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, kitchen, laundry and lovely yard with pergola in back including firepit. Wifi is strong and fast and easy to stream. Beds are for 4 guests, but extra mattress can be used for 5th guest, Bathroom does have shower as well. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
