This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress.

The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit. Stroll to the Mountain View Pickin' Park and Square or just sit on the covered porch and enjoy a few tunes. If you like music, this is the place to stay. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house has three bedrooms and a study with a full size sofa bed and memory foam mattress pad. The house has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, gas fireplace and fenced in backyard with picnic table and gas grill.

We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.
