Aspen East 313/314 -- SKI-IN/SKI-OUT!

Please note: this property is "dated". It has a "RETRO" 70's decor, but the mattresses and boxsprings were recently replaced. The price reflects the older appearance. If you decide to rent this property, please understand you will NOT be staying in Five Star accomodations. FIRST Floor DOUBLE unit (approx. 1300 sq. ft.), located next to the Ski Slopes & Mountain Bike Park! Ski-In/Ski-Out! Nice views of the golf course. The condo complex has an outdoor pool. Minimum 3 nights' stay during holidays.

Bryce Resort - Large Studio with Sleeping Divider

This bottom floor unit in Aspen East Condos faces the 10th hole and mountains. The building on the ski hill and near the tubing, biking, ice skating, and the golf course. You can walk down to the Copper Kettle for food or drinks. The unit has easy no-step access for those that don't want to deal with stairs. The unit has a king bed and a pull-out queen. There is a pool on the property that is open during summers. It's right in the middle of things! Roku available for your streaming preferences.

In Massanutten Resort! Sleeps 6. Full Kitchen!

1440 square foot Condo. Basically a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a resort. You can expect a professionally managed resort and a clean condo. Massanutten Woodstone Luxury. 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a King bed, the other has 2 single beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The units include a large Jacuzzi tub. 3 TVs. Full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, and cooking utensils.

This pristine renovated condo is conveniently located within walking distance to Lake Laura, Pale Fire Brewing, Smiley's ice cream and mini-golf, Burn Barrel tavern, and RHouse wine bar & cafe. Enjoy a nice view of Great North Mountain from the living room, dining area and spacious balcony. Hilltop Haven is only 1.5 miles to Bryce Resort’s main lodge, golf course, ski/bike lifts, and restaurant & bar.

I can offer you reduced prices on a week or two of vacation in a luxurious and spacious GOLD CROWN unit in a four seasons resort. All units have been recently remodeled in 2020, 2021 or 2022. You can expect a clean room that includes all the things you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The resort has a mandatory $15.50 daily resort fee per unit payable upon check-in.
