Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Apartman Mare I

Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. Apartman je suvremen, svijetao i prostran, sa čistim linijama, novim modernim namještajem i otvorenim pogledom na more i staru gradsku jezgru. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu. Apartmanu pripadaju i dva natkrivena parkirna mjesta.

We are very happy to offer you this apartment. It is renovated during winter and spring 2020th. In total it has 70m2 area: 35m2 the interior of the apartment + 35m2 private garden. This apartment (A2+2, approx 35m2 + 35 m2 terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with extra bed (couch) for 2 more persons. From the apartment is exit to 35m2 fenced garden terrace with hot tube with warm water. Welcome & enjoy!

Doris A2 - 100 m from the sea, separate entrance

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

We offer 5% discount for weekly stays! We charge a cleaning fee, we like that things are super clean for our guests (one day gap between guests, disinfect all surfaces, door knobs, light switches, the shower curtain...). And remember, no stress on Cres! :)

The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment. Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.

Kuhinja sadrži perilicu suda, kuhalo za kavu i toplu vodu, mikrovalnu, pećnicu. Apartman ima galeriju na kojoj se nalazi spavaća soba koja posjeduje krevet i kutak za odmor.
