Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt zum ca. 2km entfernten gepflegten "Vela Placa Beach".Jedes Apartment erhält Pro Gast ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Das nächstegelegene Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ca 100m entfernt befindet sich eine öffentliche Trinkwasserquelle aus dem Baska Gebirge.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, open plan living room, dining area and kitchen plus an additional bathroom. On the first and second floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The entire house is air-conditioned. Villa has BBQ and outdoor dining area. The villa is located close to the city centre.
