PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten Haus im Herzen der Altstadt. Hafen, Strand und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (50 bis 100m). Ein Privatparkplatz steht zur Verfügung (250m). Die Wohnung hat 2 Ebenen (gesamt 70m2 + 25m2 Terrasse): unten 2 Schlafzimmer (Betten 160 und 140 breit), Bad, 2 WC, Wohnzimmer, oben die geräumige Wohnküche und die große Terrasse. Klimaanlage in jedem Stock, WLAN.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
