It is a great spot if you're looking to relax, enjoy beach, sun and fresh air. Feel free to use traditional stone grill to cook fish which you can get from local fishermen. Enjoy your meal on the balcony with natural pine shade. You can experience occasional famous wind Bura that makes our sea clean and has proven respiratory benefits.

Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
