Villa on the lake with a pool

Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Pool closed after november 15.

L'incantevole ed esclusivo affaccio della sua terrazza a picco sul lago vi lascerà senza fiato. Loft composto da zona living, zona notte schermata da tende oscuranti, piccola cucina separata e bagno con doccia. Accessibile attraverso un cortiletto esterno che conferisce una posizione unica nel cuore del centro storico.

Appartamento di 80mq climatizzato, soggiorno e cucina attrezzata, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni con doccia e lavatrice. Ampio giardino a disposizione, barbecue, altalena, jumping e grande piscina esterna 10 x 5 con lettini (dal 1 giugno al 10 settembre). In zona tranquilla e molto isolata per giornate di pieno relax, vicino alla ferrovia Roma - Viterbo, in 25/30 minuti porta in pieno centro (San Pietro) oppure in 55/60 minuti a Viterbo, a pochi km dal Castello di Bracciano e dal lago di Bracciano.

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

Grazioso loft di circa 38mt quadri composto da un unico ambiente con angolo cottura, salone c/divano letto matrimoniale, finestra con uno scorcio sul lago e soppalco letto matrimoniale futon in legno; caratteristico il bagno rivestito in cotto e ardesia, cabina doccia e phon. Posizionato nella parte bassa del borgo storico, Il Loft del Lago è situato a 50mt dalla Piazza del Molo e 20mt dalla Piazza del Lavatoio, a pochi metri da ristoranti e locali, vicinissimo alla spiaggia del lungolago.

Perfetto per famiglie e amici! Benvenuti nella nostra grande casa, ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto al CENTRO di uno dei quartieri PIU' BELLI ED ELEGANTI DI ROMA, CASALPALOCCO, immerso nel verde! Controlla la mappa tra le foto seguenti, è a Casalpalocco solo se dentro la mappa, se fuori non è Casalpalocco. Ad un minuto dal shopping c. LeTerrazze con negozi, supermercato, ristoranti. Dopo una giornata da turisti per Roma, la casa è perfetta per riposarsi e ricominciare alla grande!
