It is a new and modern apartment with private entrance in Banjole near beach-200 m for 4 people on the ground floor, divided into two bedrooms (2 x double bed), a bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room which offers additional sleeping. All rooms are air-conditioned. Pool is private and with salt water. Outside area offers big garden, completely fenced, private parking and pool with outside kitchen.

Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio on the ground floor is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute terrace with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen.
