You'll have a nice balcony with a front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, STANDARD SIZE CAR PARKING, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi, linen and washing machine. The 55m2 apartment is located on the ground floor and have one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a sofa bed (140x200) in the living room, so it's suitable for 4 persons.
