Andy's Home Cottage is an Official Tourism Northern Ireland 4 star rated establishment. Our beautiful cottage is a newly refurbished traditional space with quirky vintage decor. A tranquil country escape a short distance from the infamous Mourne Mountains. It has a large garden which is ideal for relaxing in the sun and a patio for socialising in the country air. A home away from home, in the grounds of our family holiday home, the house is just 300m away from the entrance of Tollymore Forest Park. Unwind in the hot tub soaking in the dramatic view of the Mourne Mountains. Inside, relax in front of a cosy wood burning stove. Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.

Newry town has 2 shopping centers, and restaurants to suit everyone. Belfast is 30min and includes attractions such as the Titanic Quarter and the famous Crumlin Rd Gaol. In the local area has Tannyoky Guns and Ammo this is a site for clay pigeon shooting. Beautiful local country walks on your doorstop. Perfect for nature lovers.

It has its own ensuite shower room, a small kitchen/dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and a 2-ring portable hot-plate. Please note….. it does NOT have an oven. It also has a settee & satellite TV. There is also access to our WiFi Internet.
