My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

Ideally located near Glenferrie Road, it is a short stroll to vibrant cafes, boutique shops, Readings Bookstore, the Hawthorn pool and gym, and the iconic Lido Cinema. Eaglemont Village is also a close walk with supermarket and quality cafes. It comes equipped for a short or longer term stay with off street parking included. The bungalow is located at the rear of a large property and surrounded by greenery that provides privacy even on the outdoor deck.

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Easy to the MCG - the No.48 tram goes right past The G and gardens. Our stop is number 35; a six minute walk. Great access to public transport, shops, the city and freeway. Please note, we don’t have a bath tub; just a lovely shower.
