Unwind at this new home in a quiet, safe neighborhood on the Chesapeake Bay. Designed by the host, the house is decorated with a mix of vintage and new items lovingly chosen to create an eclectic coastal cottage. Four adults (no pets) will sleep comfortably on a queen bed and a sleep sofa w/queen mattress. The clean and modern kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy water views from the attached deck or walk a short distance to the waterfront where a designated deck offers seating and water sport gear.

It is located 11 miles from BWI airport,11.8 miles from downtown Baltimore,17 miles Naval academy and 40 miles to the DC .

Boatyard Bungalow, 6 beds; 2 Full Baths-Waterfront

The original schoolhouse for Edgemere that was built in 1898 and converted to a residential home/marina in the 1950s. With over 2,200 sq. ft., it's a perfect environment for wedding venue preparations, family and friend reunions. Please don't exceed maximum number of twelve (12) guests at any one time in the house, during the day; or ten (10) staying the night in the house. Additional Pirate & Mermaid Bath House on property should extra toilets and showers be needed from April-November only.

It even has its own pier, crab pots for seasonal crabbing, and outdoor living space with games!, We even rent out boat slips for our guests with their own watercraft! You will be required to digitally sign an additional rental agreement before your stay. Note: If your stay is longer than 30 days, we will have the place cleaned monthly at an additional $245 per month.
