Welcome to SaltHouse, a minimalistic modern beach retreat nestled amongst the dunes and striking coastal banksias of Surf Beach Phillip Island. Perfect for couples and opposite the beach, this architecturally designed space allows you to bask in the un-hurriedness of life, enjoy long summer days and warm winter fireside snuggle-ups, all to the sounds of Bass Straight. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. The perfect romantic retreat for two.

Merricks Stable - The Stables

Enjoy a relaxed escape in this unique, beautifully renovated stable conversion located in Merricks North on the Mornington Peninsula. Set on 10 acres of picturesque farmland, The Stables is the ideal rural retreat to enjoy all season. Whether it's sitting around the amazing fire pit, enjoying a glass of local wine and gazing at the stars, or lounging by the cosy wood fire in the cooler months with a hot chocolate and good book in hand. This lovingly restored stables is sure to impress.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Timber Tiny House - Hot Springs & Beach!

Fabulous, totally quiet & private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs, fabulous wineries and endless golf courses. Ideal for a couple ( and small child) and a dog or two. There’s a fantastic off-leash dog beach 10 mins walk away - check the map photo in the Additional Photos.

The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property. If you like your holiday homes relaxed, charming and within strolling distance of a good coffee (or something stronger), welcome to The Good Place. Tucked down a quiet dirt road lined with towering pines, our little cottage is a 5 minute walk to Balnarring village; home to top notch eats, craft cocktails, a brewery, and boutiques. Here for the seaside? You’re a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach.

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.

Short 1.3km walk to the beach, huge fenced garden block with views of Westernport Bay, an abundance of bird life and wineries close by. This enchanting light filled home comprises of 3 bedrooms, with one king, one queen and one king single bed. Wooden floor boards throughout, full kitchen, family room, two bathrooms, a wood heater and sheltered decking with a barbecue.
