Included with your stay is some basic breakfast provisions such as: tea, coffee, hot chocolate & simple range of cereals & spreads. In the bathroom, sample shampoo, conditioner & body wash is also provided. NO Children - the property is not suitable.

Our two bedroom villa is located on a block of 5 villas. It is situated approximately 10 minutes drive from Bacchus Marsh city centre. It is within 45 minutes from Daylesford, Ballarat and Geelong or the city of Melbourne. As you enter the front door and the main area of our unit, comfort and warmth radiates. Offering two bedrooms with queen size beds a third single fold out bed is available upon request. The bathroom offers a bath and separate shower and a spacious living and dining area.

"The Studio" is a spacious, peaceful and self-contained retreat with a large open plan dining/living space as well as two good-sized bedrooms with up to 5 beds available (3 Queen and 2 King singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate powder room/toilet and a laundry cupboard. With a fully equipped kitchen, espresso machine, huge dining table, wi-fi, a 75 inch TV, two 3-seater sofas, books and DVD's.. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, a BBQ, or a bounce on the trampoline.
