Se alquila casa individual en planta baja, sin vecinos encima, con patio interior. Comedor con aire acondicionado y gran televisor con acceso al patio de unos 20m cuadrados con mesa y sillas. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y cafetera eléctrica. Un baño con una gran bañera y secador. Tres habitaciones, una habitación con cama de matrimonio y ventilador de techo, una con dos camas individuales y ventilador de techo y una con cama individual. Lavadero equipado con lavadora y secadora.

Nice apartment in Palma de Mallorca old town. The accomodation is part of a building called Mallorca Suites and it is fully equipped with air conditioning, free Wifi, flat-screen TV with cable channels, kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, a toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a coffee machine. Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
