IMPORTANTE: Contactar antes de hacer la reserva para que os pueda indicar las condiciones. En julio y agosto el alquiler será de semanas o quincenas completas y entre una reserva y otra se dejará máximo un día. Apartamento en primera línea de mar con vistas al Faro del Cap D'Artrutx. Tiene piscina y jardín comunitarios,tiene dos habitaciones dobles, un baño, cocina y sala de estar. Tiene lavadora, lavaplatos y cocina completa con horno y microondas. Incluye sábanas y toallas.

This flat is located in prime location with south exposure in Port de Sóller. It is on street level, without stairs, and easy parking in front of the house. Bonito apartamento con excepcionales vistas al mar. Situado sobre la playa de arena de la Bahía de Alcudia. Cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles: una con cama doble y una con dos camas individuales. Además disponemos de un salón-comedor con acceso a una terraza con vistas al mar, cocina totalmente equipada, un baño con ducha y un aseo.

Lugares de interés: increíbles vistas, restaurantes y comida, la playa, actividades en familia, y vida nocturna. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a las vistas, la ubicación, ambiente tranquilo frente al mar.. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios, y familias (con hijos).

Zona muy tranquila, con servicios cercanos (supermercado, zona comercial, golf...) dispone de parking privado.
