Merrywell was everything we hoped it would be. It offered a tranquil space to spend time with family and invited us to slow our pace and appreciate the beauty around us. Ellen was a wonderful host and marvelously communicative. She shared her local knowledge of parks, playgrounds, places to eat, and ice cream (two thumbs way up for Prigel Creamery!). Ellen even gave us a tour of the ‘home farm’, where we were introduced to a beautiful foal not yet 24 hours old! If you seek old-world charm and peacefulness, this is the place for you!

Lovely, quiet, and serene place to stay. Quiet and super clean. Bobbie was quick to respond and helpful, even had free snacks, water bottles, toothbrush available for use if necessary. i would gladly stay here again.

This is a great property that checked all of our boxes. The outdoor space was great with lots of room to walk our dog. It was very well provisioned which we greatly appreciated. The linens were plentiful and luxury level in quality..best beds ever! Anna quickly responded to our questions and gave us a lot of information..it was like chatting with a friend. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely perfect! I felt right at home. The host is wonderful and responsive. The location is perfect near everything. Will stay again!

Tracey’s place is exactly as advertised, a cute place with a daily view of the llamas! Tracey was very clear and proactive in her communication, which was very comforting to us as we’ve never been to this area. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the location is ideal - close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The location was very convenient for us, and Scott was a great host. We had everything we needed, and the apartment was comfortable and very clean. We did not do any cooking but appreciated having the kitchen and sitting areas. We had a very nice stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Our stay at Amanda and Peter's cottage was outstanding! So many little details were attended to and so many extras were available. Lots of books and spaces to curl up; a lovely warming fireplace; ample storage space all conspired to give us the ideal spot for attending a family wedding with our own spot to retreat from family. We would definitely recommend!

This was our third time renting Eva’s place for family visiting over the Thanksgiving holidays. Once again, Eva was very responsive and everything worked out perfectly!

We stayed with Wayne and Kathleen for three nights and loved our stay. Its a cozy cottage that sits above a beautiful, whimsical garden. We actually bumped into Wayne a couple times - great guy who made us feel right at home if we needed something but didnt hover - the perfect balance! This couple has loaded this place with all the amenities you could ask for. We felt like we were staying at a upstate new england B&B. Highly recommended, we hope to stay again!
