The exquisite Villa Harmony is located on the island of Krk. It has a stunning panoramic view. The focal point of the villa is the 50m2 outdoor pool overlooking the olive grove. There is also a summer kitchen and a grilling area along with a large table and chairs.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a kitchen and one en suite bedroom. Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Villa Albina nalazi se u mirnom ruralnom području u mjestu Skrpčići na otoku Krku. Jedinstvena, renovirana na način da zadrži svoju autentičnost, s mnogo rustikalnih detalja. Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju. Apartment (35m2) is located on the first floor of a family house in a quiet location surrounded with big Mediterranean garden. The local beach is easily accessible on foot (10 min.walk)Within walking distance are several restaurants, promenade and little supermarket. A highlight is a terrace where you can enjoy view in greenery, see, sunset and chill after beach, sun with a glace of wine.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
