Our newly-updated and professionally decorated home is located less than 15 minutes away from nearby golfing at Treetops, and just minutes from downtown Gaylord. Enjoy our lakefront property stocked with amenities such as kayaks, life jackets, a dock, & hot tub outside, with a fully stocked kitchen, games, new furnace and A/C, smart TVs, & shuffleboard table inside. The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Bonfire Holler (between Grayling and Gaylord)

Live your life by a compass not a clock. Find your way to Bonfire Holler where you can unplug and relax. Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Cottage 2 is situated on gorgeous Heart Lake in northern Michigan. This has 3 beds/1 bath accommodating up to 6 guests. The cottage includes a full kitchen stocked with all cookware, silverware, and dining utensils. In the summer guests will have access to shared kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, water trampoline, swim platform, and bonfire pit. In the winter, guests can access Trail 7, directly across the road, for snow mobile season. It's the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway!

This three bedroom one bath cabin is located steps to beautiful Otsego lake with access across the street where you can swim, fish or try out kayaking! With a cozy up north cabin feel you also have the amenities of home with Wi-Fi for streaming, a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and downtown Gaylord just a 9 minute drive away! There is an abundance of golf courses close by with some just up the road: Michaywe Pines, The Ridge, and The Loon!

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

The Main House

Welcome to The Main House. Location is everything when it comes to getting around Northern Michigan. Centrally located in Gaylord, quick access to local golf/ski resorts, short drive to many up north tourist activities, and even perfectly located in our Alpine Village. Walk to downtown and enjoy Gaylord's night life. Tastefully updated 5 bedroom home perfect for large groups and families. Enjoy our outdoor spaces as well, fenced back yard, large porches and beautiful flowers.

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
