The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Notre villa d'architecte se compose de la sorte: Au rez-de-chaussée: la cuisine, le salon séjour, la buanderie, deux chambres privatives (10 et15m2) , deux salles d'eau dont une avec baignoire et 2 toilettes pour votre confort. À l'étage: une chambre fermée (30m2) et un lumineux espace loft (50m2) propose deux espaces nuit aménagés avec goût et séparés par une tenture.

Capacity for 10 people, pets allowed at an additional cost. Fully equipped house: beds made on arrival, equipped kitchen, TV, and bathroom in the bedrooms.
